At R&R Dance Studio, we take great pride in our competitive teams. Our dancers take the stage at local, regional, national, and even international competitions. In recent seasons, we've had National Championship groups and soloists, as well as countless Regional Champions from our mini teams through our seniors!

Robbin Pinelle
Studio Owner & Director
Mrs. Robbin has been teaching dance for 35 years and counting. She recently celebrated 25 years of owning R&R, has produced many professional dancers and touring talent. She prides herself in the family legacy that R&R has become. She operates the studio alongside her husband, Chris, teaches with two of her own daughters and her sister-in-law. The other two daughters and her neice still dance competitively and assistant teach.
Aubrey Vialpando
Dance Teacher & Choreographer
Mrs. Aubrey has been teaching dance for 14 years. She is passionate about the dance world and in addition to teaching competitive dance at R&R, she also teaches high school dance & performing arts classes at PCHS, and has won several prestigious awards, including a Bobby G award, for her choreography in high school musicals. Her daughter Peyton is currently attending Chapman University and is on their dance team, and daughter Avery is a competitive dancer at R&R.
Nicki Banuelos
Dance Teacher & Choreographer
Mrs. Nicki has been teaching dance for years. She is an elementary school principal and devotes all of her time outside of school to dance! Mrs. Nicki runs our Pee Wee and Rec programs, teaching our tiniest dancers how to hit the stage for the first time and developing many of them into our future Company members!
Alexia Brewer
Dance Teacher & Choreographer
Mrs. Lexi is Robbin's eldest daughter. After dancing competitively, Lexi dove straight into teaching at R&R. She choreographs in many genres and has won awards at multiple competitions, both regionally and nationally, and has even been nominated for Choreographer of the Year by Celebrity Dance.
Avery Trujillo
Dance Teacher & Choreographer
Mrs. Avery is Robbin's second daughter. She teaches and choreographs in many genres for our Rec and Competitive programs and is especially passionate about Tap. As the main Tap teacher and choreographer, Avery has produced award winning routines at competitions and R&R was recently recognized as studio for excellence in tap technique at multiple competitions!
Macie Pinelle
Dance Teacher & Choreographer
Ms. Macie is Robbin's third daughter. She teaches and choreographs in many genres for our Competitive program and is currently working her first professional dance job as a Crew Lead for Celebrity Dance. Macie is an incredible role model and mentor to our Company dancers as they watch her hard work come to fruition working professionally as a dancer!
Kayla McKinley
Acro/Tumble Teacher & Choreographer
Mrs. Kayla grew up doing competitive gymnastics for 16 years and coached Developmental Level 5-8 Competitive Gymnastics for 5 years before moving back to her hometown and starting a family. Mrs. Kayla teaches our Acrobatics and Tumbling classes, including performance acro for our Rec program and competitive Acro routines.
Malaya Pendon
Dance/Tumble Teacher & Choreographer
Ms. Malaya grew up dancing at R&R competitively. She teaches and choreographs in multiple genres for our Rec and Competitive programs as well as tumbling and acrobatics classes.
Saundra G
Ballet Instructor
Mrs. Saundra has been teaching dance for nearly 50 years. She recently attempted to retire but we couldn't let her. She teaches ballet from our tiniest tots to our senior dancers in Rec programs and also teaches a class for Senior Citizens who perform jazz and tap numbers at our recitals each year. She is passionate about encouraging all ages to dance!

🌟 Introducing our newest program: DANCE LIKE ARIY! (DLA) 🌟
This weekly 30-minute class is specially designed for children with additional needs. Our goal is to provide a sensory-friendly, adaptable experience where every child can feel comfortable, supported, and free to enjoy dance!
Children with all physical and/or intellectual disabilities are warmly welcomed. Our experienced instructors are committed to providing a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment customized to each dancer’s individual needs.
As the program grows, we hope to offer optional recital performance opportunities for participants who would like to take the stage with help from their peers!
Every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of dance. 💜
